The large lounge has a double sofa bed. Therefore there is space for 4-6 people to sleep in comfort. Sleep well on Premium Egyptian linen. There is plenty of storage space. 

Facilities: Patio doors lead directly out onto a private courtyard. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Relax with HD TV entertainment including a full Netflix subscription where you can catch up on the latest series or watch your favourite film.

Security: There is an allocated parking space within the Underground secure car park (max height 6ft 6″ (2m)) with lift to the apartment and CCTV. A keyless lock with unique access code for each new guest gives peace of mind with minimal hassle. Further long term public parking spaces are available nearby.

On arrival there will be a Welcome pack of toiletries and tea/coffee. 

Egyptian linen and fluffy towels provided.

For long stay guests we offer a regular cleaning service with linen and towel change.

  • No pets

  • The guest placing the booking must be over 23 years old.
  • Upon booking, the full names, addresses, telephone numbers and ages of all guests staying are required for our insurance, and for safety and security purposes.
  • Guests may check in any time after 3pm on the day of arrival and may check out any time before 10am on the day of departure.
  • Upon booking guests will be sent our booking terms and conditions to sign. Guests are required to sign the terms and conditions before arrival, and may also be asked to provide a copy of their identification, credit card, and sign a credit card authorisation form, authorising payment for the stay.
  • A damages deposit of £200 is required and will be refunded after the guest checks out, subject to a property inspection. We reserve the right to withold all or part of the deposit to pay for any damage caused to property during the guest stay.

We charge a cleaning fee of £57 per stay. 

Your apartment will be cleaned and fully prepared ahead of your arrival with fresh towels and linens provided.
For any stays longer than 1 week, a weekly cleaning service and fresh towels and linens will be provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. If you require a more frequent cleaning service this can be provided at £57 for a 2 hour clean.
